I am trying to print a past bill for tax purposes, I can log into the account and see the bill, but the PDF icon is greyed out, i.e. can't click on it to select the bill. Why is there a PDF icon, if it can't be used??

I can confirm that some our billing services were unavailable over the weekend due to some routine system maintenance that took place. This work has since been completed, and you should find that this service is now available again.
