How can I get you to respond to my emails to you - 4 in the last week with no response whatsover- trying to sort out your drastic overcharging on my bill! Your on-line chat is hopeless as the operators have only the most basic command of the English language and can't understand anything of any complexity (i.e. the stuff that anyone who can read can find out for themself on the webpage). I want my bills issued for the correct amount and I cannot get any response from you
