On the 14 th of each month i have a direct debit for electricity bill which is due and paid. this has been arranged for some time> on the 21 st of the month i get a reminder to read my meter which i do and submit often showing a very large estimated bill. I hope I am not being billed twice in the month and am unsure why if the bill has been paid why am i required to resubmit again. I await your explanation as to this practice your faithfully B duffy

We would need to look into your account to check the cause behind this, but it is unlikely that you would be billed twice within one month, unless an adjustment has occurred. Please feel free to contact us here, or via AGL Messenger through the APP or by logging into My Account.
