Already, disconnected with AGL, paid my last bill, and just found that the bill has been deducted for a second time through direct debit, so I have a credit now that I want it back ASAP

I'm sorry to hear that this amount has been taken twice. Needless to say, you're absolutely entitled to a refund for this amount which you'll need to request through one of our customer service teams. You can get in touch with them either via web chat here or by calling us on 131 245.
