The app on my phone is crap. It never shows what I pay but the amount I owe never goes down I have reconciled with my ank account and you say I still owe over $20000 when I work it out it’s only about $500 so I want my whole account reconciled back 10 years as I am not paying the amount you tell me is outstanding
