I have paid my bill yesterday but have received another bill due at the end of the month

That sounds a bit confusing, double check the dates on both bills, if they are for the same bill period then we may have reissued the bill for a few reasons.
If you only paid the bill today, then it won't show on the new bill, but give it 72 hours and message our dedicated team on the AGL App and they will be able to give you an updated balance.
