I have our Gas & Electricity with AGL and use bill smoothing, if we are $1000 in credit, why are our fortnightly payments increasing? Rang AGL & was told it is computer generated and nothing could be done! Get 6 phone calls over the last few days to see if we are happy with the service....but cannot help with bill smoothing...go figure!
