Hi, recently I was signed up for the Bill Smoothing option which I think is also called “staying connected”. My payment Has yet to come out this week still. I’ve received the card yet there is no information on any of my accounts with regard to me being signed up for bill smoothing. I’m very confused and would rather not make my 7th call in regards to this since the last call i was assured i would definitely not need to ring back as this was all fixed and i would just have the weekly deduction from now on. Please help.
To rule out any confusion between AGL and yourself, I encourage you to log into your AGL My Account to review your plan, and also your direct debit configuration. It's always good to double check your bank account as well!
