I have got a bill from AGL after I have canceled my service stating I owe over 1000 on both gas and electricity. when I go back through my monthly bills from them, all were paid in full. The app says different to the email I have received as a final demand. What do I do? I have paid all of my bills. I cannot afford over 2000
