Annoying Security Feature when logging into my account

Newcomer

When logging into my account, after i put my email address in, Why must I select from photos, such as cars in order to verify my account. A Password should be enough. This is frustrating and time consuming. I dont care if it is a security feature. Get rid of this feature NOW. (also to submit an enquiry i have to do the same thing. grrrrrrrrr.

AGL you need to get rid of this feature. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Hi don3192,

Welcome to the AGL Community!

We have these CAPTCHAs (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) in place to prevent clever 'bots' from impacting our online services with unnecessary and/or harmful data.

We appreciate the feedback that you have provided and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this process.

Kind regards,

Jayden

These CAPTCHAs  are too small to see. Can you not put other types there like words or numbers which are much easier to read and see? The whole system is ridiculous. Consider people with low vision and the elderly when making these sort of decisions AGL .
