Why has it taken nearly a month without my account being properly set up or electricity being connected? I find that despite everything else with other companies being sorted without issue or need for anything extra that my electricity isn't working. I go to look at my account and apparently final touches are being applied, the same message as almost a month ago.

 

This wouldn't be so bad except it sounds like the only place I can get access to the chat is through my account so I'm reduced to coming here to find out what's going on.
