A STATEMENT OF PROTEST FOR ELECTRIC CHARGES

Hi everyone

I am (removed for privacy reasons).

My home's average monthly electricity bill for the last 16 months was $ 61.51

By the way,the bill for February 2017 is $225 and March is $243 came out. This two month bill seems to be wrong. Whether my electric meter is wrong or yours is wrong with the meter reading Please check. In my opinion, there is no change in our house itself. There is no big change.

However, every month electricity bills amount of money fluctuates too much. I ask you to check it out as soon as possible.

For reference, I will attach the electricity bill that you billed me from October 2015 until now. Give me a reason to understand why this is so volatile.

I need an interpreter if you need to talk to me. Otherwise, the message is good.

I will need to investigate your account in further detail. However if you have been previously issued estimated invoices and revised data has been provided this could be the reason why you have now received a catch up invoices.

I posted to the community by name (jyheo56) - 24. april 2017, but I do not have any resolvable action. The electricity bill period of our house is from 9th month to 8th of next month. I suggest. On the morning of the 9th of this month, I and the agl staff are going to check the meter. If we check it like this for about 3 months, the exact monthly usage will be calculated. Can you do that? If you can not do that, I will take a picture of the meter at 10 am on May 9th of this month alone and take a picture again at 10 am on June 8th of next month and send it to agl.
I want you to decide what to do and get in touch as soon as possible.
