Our current billing period started 10 March. A digital meter was installed 10 May and we expected a bill around 10 June but it’s now been 110 days since our last bill and this time period just seems to increase every day. We thought the digital meter would make meter reading and billing more reliably scheduled, not more infrequent and unpredictable. Can you provide any insight on what we should expect and when we might get our next bill?
Unfortunately meter changes can cause a slight delay in the first bill after the fact. However, once issued, you should note that this bill will still be for approximately 90 days. All bills thereafter should not be impacted by any further delays.
