Hi Rachel, thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to make the appropriate payment. Can I ask what exactly happened when you tried to make the payment? Did it give you an error message?
We're looking to continue to improve the app and we really want to know the bits that aren't working. Which functionality do you find you are missing or would like to see more of? Any feedback you can provide is very welcome.
