See title, I was so happy with this app. Watching our costs, understanding everything. Now all it ever says is server down, “how embarrassing” or something to that useless jargon. Now after talking to customer service who swore that the app was working, it’s not, I find out that AGL are “guesstimating” our bills of a 2 adult 1 toddler household at 2.5x the cost of a 5 person household. Cool app, I love it......
