We would love to have real time usage updates too. We understand its value to our customers.
Unfortunately, we are limited by how often the metering providers sends us (the retailer) your usage data which could take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours. This is an industry-wide limitation.
In the absence of real time usage updates, we believe some insights can be derived from changing the smallest usage time scale from hourly to 30 minute chunks. This feature is coming very soon.
Wait for 48 hours to have the usage data displayed? Very disappointing. Used to see my usage data of a day since next morning in the Origin energy app, then why is the waiting time so long for AGL?
