System not working at all

Hi team,

I want to pay my bill and l need someone to transfer my credit from one account into the other, however, the system is so slow or is not working anymore. I am having to call and that will inconvenient my times. Last time it was easy using the chat system and someone will get onto it straight away. Frustrated that l now have to waste my time to pay bills! Unreal.

Can someone get back to me on this or a better way to do this without having to spend time on the phone?

Hi Kenny, if you log in to your My Account and click "message us" or click the message icon on the app. You can send us a message and let us know that you want credit to be transferred. There's no need to wait around for a response like you would with a live chat, and you don't need to spend time waiting  on hold on the phone. If this feature isn't working for you, just let me know.
