Hi @KevinCobley, sorry I didn't understand the feedback. Are you trying to access MyAccount or the app from your Windows devices but are unable to? Unfortunately we haven't release an app for the Windows store but you can still access everything through your browser.
I was invited to install a new digital meter as a part of "Peak Energy Rewards", the new meter has arrived and I've heard nothing. I am unable to access this meter's features as I only have Windows 10 equipment, it would be much better if these features could be accessed by desktop or Laptop computers on a website, it doesn't need any "apps".
