My account has show “connection in progress” for a couple weeks now, i contact the customer service and they helped guided me to try log-in on browser insteadand it’s work. Now i can check usages, billings through browser but not on the App. So i think it might be bug or something. 

ps, tried deleted, update to latest version, deleted app cookies.
