The app does not show that I’m on direct debit - not sure if this is a defect? This will cause a lot of confusion
Thanks @nicko, we'll take a look into this. I appreciate what you are saying and we certainly want to avoid confusion with payments. Let me speak to the team and share some ideas in here. We'd love to create a conversation RE some ideas on how to make this more transparent.
