AGL App Useless. AGL customer derive ZERO amd AGL promised follow up? Total FAIL.

Firstly, you AGL app is a total waste of time, it doesn’t update billing, the last we have is from Jan 2020, it doesn’t update data information daily, and te worst thing. I just chatted to AGL on live chat and guess what? They had no clue? They have the last bill’s hi hi was wrong’ but the live chat person who couldn’t even type the correct English simply referred us to call AGLs 131 number which is the most run around waste of time I have ever encountered and in tip of tha, last week the consultant said she would call us bac within 2 days to report Billing error solution and guess what, no callback and live chat has again directed us to call AGL’s 131 number. Seriously? Do AGL know how bad their on line and app systems are, not to mention the rude and hard to even understand customer service personnel... another one for Leon Byner at Fiveaa. AGL, you are a joke!

I agree... I’ve been having to remember when my bill is due because I stopped getting them and they tried to say it was my server.. um no... gov e mail.. when I asked to have it resent I got it.  Now there’s issues with the app and I have to provide my own reading.  Nothing ever gets resolved.  I think Leon or the energy Ombudsman would be very interes

AGL app is totally useless and their customer service is terrible.

multiple times I e been told the app will show my usage data when .... etc. at least 6 times nothing has happened . I’m about to complain to the energy ombudsman rather than wasting hours on non productive phone calls to them
