Do you have analogue, digital or smart meter?Are you on a flat rate or Time of Use?When you say "added a network device to our meter", what do you mean? Could you post the energy used and the rates of your contract? If there has been a change from Analogue to Digital meter, the old meter could possibly have been at fault in your favour.
